The food was cold not fresh it had been sitting out to long. Told them about it they told us to try something different. Our special order pizzas was wrong but they would not change it. So Very disappointed. We have eaten there several times and never had such a bad experience as tonight earlier. It was my wife and me two buffets. We Drive a long ways to just eat at this pizza Ranch but this was the worst experience ever.We would like to go back and give them another try sometime. Is there anyway you could give us two free buffets to try over again. Plus we don't live close but its usually worth the drive but it certainly wasn't last night. Thanks for your time

This was our poorest experience ever at this Pizza Ranch we have been here several times and this was by far the worst time. The girl could not get our special orders right repeated it three times the pizza was the wrong ones. They're Fried Chicken and the potato wedges we're cold. They was not keeping things fresh on the salad bar. And they was not even busy. Never got new food or anything and the pizza was never replaced either. And they still had another 2 hours to still be open. I would like to have a gift receipt to go back again and try it over that amount of money that we had to spend with not good for two seniors and the food was awful. And I told them about it and they just wanted to go try something else on the bar which is just as bad. Not happy at all. I would like to hear back from you on what's going to be done about this if you could get back with me I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

The tables are cleared immediately. The cook who fixes my special ordered pizza is beyond superb!! He knows exactly how we order our pizza. The place is always clean. I appreciate the fresh brew tea so I don't have to drink pop.

Temperature is always cold. I had to eat with my coat on. Little pizza selection on the pizza bar. Both salad bins were close to empty.
